My December Blog Banner...... (The Final "Monthly" Banner)

I really don't know where to begin with this blog entry. As many of you know, I've been doing this for a while. Actually two years now. This year was the only year I decided to do them on a more professional level. I wanted to put my all into each shoot, and also have someone actually shoot them for me. Every since I was a teenager I always dreamed of being this model. I just didn't know what to do, nor did I know how to go by doing it. I went to model calls and so on, and never made it anywhere. So I stop doing it. But when I decided to create my own photography company, that small part of modeling was still inside me, and wanted to come out. LOL.... so I took pictures. To this day, I still don't consider myself a model. I just like taking photos. I still can't believe I used to be this shy quite kid. Never in a million years would I have ever thought I could do some of the things I've done with pictures. 


Someone once said to me, "There is no way you could come up with a blog banner for each month." I think after doing this for 12 months straight I guess that statement has been put to rest. lol.... you know it's nothing like having a vision, and actually creating it with photography. I totally love what I do, and want to be a role model for the younger generation. I Want to show young people that anyone can do anything they want, if they just put their minds to it. 


I truly would like to think each, and every person who has ever commented on a Deonte` photo. You guys have consistently showed me love through out this entire year. And for that I'm extremely thankful. You guys are the best! 


This blog banner was the hardest one to do. I had so much I wanted to get out of my system for this blog banner. I wanted something crazy, and also something simple. So I decided to do both. The reason I chose the photo I did was because it was just simple. I've done so much this year with photos that I felt this one was the right one. My photographer wanted one with the lights, but at the end of the day it was my choice, and I decided the one that's up now. 


I personally want to thanks My photographer/friend Alfonce for being so dedicated to these shoots like I was. Before this, he has never picked up a camera, and look at him today. I appreciate his consistency, love, an support for my photos. I've worked with many people, and he's the only one who stuck around which is why I'm sticking with him. I love him dearly, and I'm so thankful for his time, and effort. Alfonce is the perfect example of how someone can learn anything they put their minds to. I taught him how to shoot, and his eye is identical to mines.Thank you my friend. I love you so much.

 Well guys this is it... this will be my final "MONTHLY" banner. So enjoy, and I will see you around.  But don't you worry, this is not the last of me with photos lol... a new year is coming and I have plenty of ideas to share with you all. I may pop up with a banner here or there. But not every month like I did before. I challenged myself to make this happen this year, and happy that I succeeded. Hell I'm almost 30 now. A b**** is getting tired now lmao.. Love you guys so much. Again..... THANK YOU!!!!!!

Wow, its been 12 months that I have been taking these photos of Deonte' Keller.  Needless to say, the experience has been great.  Funny thing is , Deonte' does not think that he is a model.  Trust me, he is.  He is a person who really knows his body and his angles, and it has made photographing him very easy.  I want to take credit for getting these great shots every month, but it is him who follows my directions very well and poses like no other.  When I started this in January, I was just a mere friend helping my best friend out with a photo.  That shoot turned out so well that we decided, hey, lets do this every month...and this has not always been easy picking the blog banner every month.  I believe at least three of the 12 months, we did not agree on the banner picture.  lol.  But, you all loved the choice that he made, so it was all the better.  I am not for sure what we are doing next year, but I do know this.  Whatever it is, it is going to be fresh and new.  See you all next year!!!!
