On this date 7 years ago the music industry & world lost a great entertainer. Aaliyah Dana Haughton is stilled mourned by the industry, and her fans such as myself. She was a great artist headed for a wonderful Cross-Genre career as and actress. But her life was tragically ended in a plane crash in the Bahamas. So as fans will never know what this beautiful woman would have become over the pass few years, but we still have great material she left behind for us to enjoy. So today I wanna say Aaliyah we miss you, and still love you. May you continue to rest in peace babe girl, and know that your true fans still carry on your memory.

I always wonder what the music industry would be like if she was still around today.....
i love 4 page letter, rock the boat and more then a woman.
If i could bring one person back to life i think i'll chose her over my own family.
We have lost such a Diva...R.I.P Aaliyah.
I'll always remember her. She was born on one of my sisters birthdays, she died on a different sisters birthday and her funeral was on my brothers birthday. Crazy, huh?
I was a fan of Aaliyah. I wish she was still around to show us how it's done.

Yes D!! & now I'm starting to see her in Keri Hilson (i STILL don't know where they got off comparing Ciara to her) she will TRULY be missed
