Album Review: Mariah Carey - E=MC2
4 1/2 's
I'm really diggin' this new Mariah album. If you enjoyed her "The Emancipation of Mimi " album you will definitely love this. It picks up right where she left off in my opinion. Definitely a mainstream R&B album. Tight beats, and well put together song arrangements. I personally miss the old songs Mariah used to do back in the day, where she wore notes out, but I do understand when a artist wanna do what's comfortable for them, and what sells for them. So I'm a Mariah fan whether she hits high notes, or low grunts. She's still hot, and the album is really good. Here are some of the standout tracks for me:
Migrate (featuring T-Pain)
Touch My Body
Cruise Control (featuring Damian Marley)
I Stay In Love (my favorite track off the album right now)
Side Effects (featuring Young Jeezy)
Love Story
Be Lovin' U Long Time
Last Kiss
Thanx 4 Nothin' (how I currently feel about a situation right now)
For The Record (this song is so beautiful. This was the music they used for her perfume commercial)
Bye Bye
& I Wish You Well
Make sure y'all go out and get This album!

NOT EVEN!
I Will Give Her WISH YOU WELL, LOVE STORY and THANKS FOR NOTHIN.
Actually...Thats How I Feel about My $9.72 that I Spent to Support this damn Project...
THANX FOR NOTHIN BITCH!
This CD is cool. It's no where close to Emancipation of Mimi. I'm like Prince. U might as well listed the whole damn CD. I'll give you Side Effects, and Migrate.
Touch my body is not a hot track. I wish you well is garbage.
Mariah needs to work on her stage presence and her performances. I personally don't think I could ever go to a Mariah Carey concert and watch her stand there waving her arms. Nah, I pass.
But I have to wish her luck. Knowing Mariah and all her fans, this CD will have lasting power.
lmao the posts above mines is FUNNY!! I agree with you guys on this one. I love Mariah, but I wasn't feeling this CD at all.
