Whoopi Gets An Apology!
Oscar producer Gil Cates reportedly called the failure to acknowledge Whoopi Goldberg’s stint as a two time Oscar host in a montage “an absolute oversight”.
“No harm was intended, and I feel very, very badly that she was left out,” Cates said Tuesday. “I’m going to call her and tell her that.

I like Whoopie's hair do. Of all the years she's been around, that's the best I've ever seen it look.
Now onto the subject at hand:
It's too bad that the would leave her out. When Whoopie hosted hosted the Oscars, she killed it. Just as they said, she is a record holder. She is the ONLY actress to win an award & host. She is the 2nd African American woman to even win. It's sad they over looked her. So what it may have been in error, but come on!
It wasn't no error. There isn't anyway that Whoppie's name popped up enough to show her as an oscar winner but not as an oscar host. They did it on purpose
